ASKER

Hyperv Core with one virtual machine acting as domain controller
Replication takes place from core machine to replication host
this host had been turned off for a period of time, it was turned back on yesterday and replication resumed as normal
this morning when we logged in, all our data is missing on domain controller
Can I check that you've logged into the Hyper-V console of this machine and checked that this data definitely isn't present?

Is this what you mean? appoligies not very good with hyper v
Did you get this resolved?

Was the replication direction accidentally switched from DR to Primary sites?
as you can see that the VM is not synced to date and its also prompt for re-sync. Last sync date was 2015, so the configuration and data in the machine is not the latest one.
go to your primary server and find machine's HDD location from machines settings;
User generated imageturn that machine off (if started) open that location and view HDD modified date.
