issues when shadow-copying from old drive to new drive

I purchased Paragon software a couple of years ago to shadow-copy hard drives and it does fine as long as the old drive does not have windows 10 installed on it.  As long as I have any version of windows installed on the old hard drive I can shadow-copy the drive to a new one and everything works fine.  But if the drive has windows 10 installed on it, I run into issues.  
            Yesterday a customer of mine had an ASUS Laptop that is running windows 10 and he wanted me to shadow-copy everything to an SSD Drive so his laptop would run faster.  So I shadow-copied it to the SSD Drive and when I attempted to start the laptop it would not start but came up with this message, "Your Pc needs to be repaired"  Error code: 0xc0000034

        What do I need to do so that the shadow-copying will go properly so that I do not have this issue?

finally getting back to close this out -- I updated the paragon software and now it works perfect
