HTTP Error 503.2 – service unavailable. The ServerRuntime@appconcurrentRequestLimit setting is being exceeded
When users are connecting to our external URL to connect to outlook Web app sometimes they get a HTTP Error 503.2 – service unavailable. The ServerRuntime@appconcurren tRequestLi mit setting is being exceeded. error message
See attached screenshot
We are running Exchange 2010 onsite. Sometimes users can connect fine.
Any suggestions on how to resolve? Im guessing is something in IIS that may need to be changed?

Thanks a lot for that weblink. Please can you clarify which section of steps to do? - do you mean all the steps under the IIS.ASP.NET Request queue limits section?

Also would the changes need to be done on all Exchange CAS servers? (All have iis & OWA setup I think?)
Actually number 7 is related your question but please make sure backup application.config and machine.config files. Yes, you should do this on CAS servers.

Thanks for the further feedback
Do you mean only do step number 7 under the IIS.ASP.NET section?, Please confirm?
We have a number of CAS Exchange servers, although it's mainly users in specific countries reporting the issue I guess it's best to do on all CAS servers as depends which CAS server the user connects to?
