What is weird is that the error didn't occur until I published and pushed the new Winforms setup for everyone to install. &nbsp;From my understanding the prior versions didn't have this issue.

When deploying a Winforms (VB.NET 3.5) App, users are receiving the above error. &nbsp;I did some research and it says the app should be signed to prevent windows from displaying this message.<br />

Any ideas how to resolve?<br />
