Outlook 2016 Email address in memory
How do I make sure that a particular persons email address never pops (from auto-fill memory)up when I start typing their name?
I am clicking on the x when I hover over their name.
And it removes that from memory on that particular "session.
But when I exit Outlook
and open Outlook again..
and send a new mail
Start by typing his name...
That email address is still in the list.

Just start typing the name once it comes up in the list click on the x next to the email address.
Sorry I need to read more carefully. I see you did that already.

Under outlook options/ mail / send messages, un-click the checkbox for Use Auto-Complete List to suggest names when typing in the To, Cc, and Bcc lines.
Or, try emptying the Auto-Complete List in the same section.
