There was no Session Timeout settings but I checked and put 30000 secs. Our guests like to stay 8 hours connected. <br />

Is there any other setting that I need to worry as I did hear from few that on their cell phones the users had to re-authenticate .

I have a guest wlan and the controller is Cisco 2500 series, For some reason users connecting to the Guest Wi-Fi on their phone gets disconnected after 20 min. <br />
<br />
Is it possible to change or avoid that from happening. <br />
<br />
The controller has a web redirector within, so all the guest users authenticate with the same username and Wi-Fi, Once they connect to the SSID. <br />
