One Drive Questions

Hello everyone,

I need to help this friend, I need to answer to her questions?
Where do I start? Which are the first questions that I should ask in order to have a better understanding of what is going on and understand how she configured one drive for business, at least from the screen shot it looks like One Drive for business? It seems that she created some folders in one drive and she wants only her and perry has access to it. Tomorrow morning I will call her and I want to be prepared to ask some smart and appropriate questions which will help me to troubleshoot and help her.

Thank you everyone, below is what she wrote to me and I am have attached the screenshot.

“How do I add permissions for someone else to access share drive? I want one location in the cloud to use as a share drive for both Perry and me to access company documents. Trying to eliminate duplicated files on multiple computers with multiple versions of the same document. I thought I set it up. This is a snap shot of what I created from desktop computer but I can't seem to find it on Perry's new (relatively) laptop.

Thank you for your help and suggestion, they are both very useful. I call Jody and she told me that she setup one drive as a personal drive and she was trying to share it with Perry. It will never happened i told her. I told her that she needs to go in sharepoint create a folder, copy the data in that folder and then share it with perry as per Gunvider suggested.

I feel more confortable now.
