Extract Names Based on Position in the Column

Hello EE,

Can someone please help crack this problem?  I have 10 columns of potential names, but not all the columns are populated.  However, I need to extract name that occurs in the 5th column based on Non Blank cell from the back.  I have attached an example here of what i am trying to get done.  I currently have an inefficient formula.

Shum, your solution and Ryan's gave me the best outcome.  The other solution was slick, but because of the placement of the code  in spreadsheet, some unwanted columns crept in.

Thank you Sir
That's why I placed all 3 solution in my last sheet, you can compare.
could you send an example with the problem?
Here is the altered sheet with all three solution

Hello Rgonzo1971,

The problem was mine.  There was inconsistencies in the location of the data that i needed to return.  When i changed the +5 to +6, it retrieved the expected value.  Thank you.  Much appreciated...
