I found myself in a tricky situation and never did this kind of task. I was asked by my client to host and run my coldfusion prototype web application from my PC for testing purpose. <br />

I am on CF 2016 developer version , MSSQL 2016 and IIS windows 10. My localhost is up and running. <br />
<br />
What should I do to send a link out to client to test this sample website? sorry cannot host anywhere due PIN issues.<br />

Run ColdFusion website locally

IIS is Internet Information Services, the web server included with Windows Server operating systems. All current versions are built on a modular architecture; modules can be added or removed individually so that those required for specific functionality are installed. The full installation of IIS includes HTTP, security, content, compression, caching, logging and diagnostics.
