Wireframe UI Options

Hi,

I've probably titled this thread incorrectly... however i'll try and explain what i am looking for.

I built a Wordpress theme a few years ago that has several different 'template' components added to it, such as:

- gallery
- text boxes
- testimonials
- video boxes
... etc (+30 other UI components)

I offer this theme to my lower tier clients... those that have a very small budget, and just need a quick website presence up and running.

I would like to be able to sit with a client, and present all of the UI components in some form of 'wireframed' or 'cartoonised' view and NOT the real life view of each component, so that i can build the layout of the site with the client there and then.

I know i could just build it using the real life view of each UI component, however clients start obsessing over the aesthetics, colors and fonts... which i rather propose via a completed design at the end.

I have thought about printing each of the UI components on a piece of card, but I don't always get a chance to sit with my clients face to face... so instead I have designed to built a draggable UI website with all of the wireframed UI components available to move around etc.

But... i still need some tool to create all of these UI Wireframe components. Can anyone recommend a tool for creating UI Wireframe Kits?

I was also looking at building a page with all of the Ui components and then using some magical photoshop style to 'cartoonise' the UI.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
