why Control Shift Down Arrow Key do not work in Window 10 Excel 365 in Mac Keyboard?

i just completed set up the windows 10 with office 365 in my Macbook via Parallels 12 VM

now when i want to jump to the next data i use the Control down arrow key or to select the data cntrol shift down arrow key.  both of these do not work.  how to fix this?

no it does not work.
Go to Parallels->Preferences. Then click the plus sign and add the From... To Windows keys you want.

excuse my ignorance. how did you do it?
I get confused about which one to use so maybe in the Preferences "Keyboard Menu"

Both options i added did not work.

something is not right, becuase Control + SHift + Right Arrow Key makes the selection to the right but . control shift and down arrow key do not work.
Please show me (in Preferences) what those two shortcuts look like.
should i rester the VM after i make changes in preference of parallels?

Try Parallels support.
sorry it was a typo the rester i meant restart .  should i restart the VM once i make changes to the keyboard?

although you have an accepted answer from Martin. however, i believe the only way you can make that work is not to change anything, but go to preference then OS X System shortcuts then change the send osx system shortcut from Auto to "Always" . then once you click ok. it will warn you that parallels want to make changes to your setting. then see the next screenshot. add parallel to the setting as shown and click ok then your Excel and window shortcuts will work normal as you need it.
