Well, basically any smaller business that has set up their domain controllers to use there ISPs DNS servers as forwards has done this, as most ISPs use bind (as did OpenDNS at one time.) &nbsp;So that's not your issue.<br />

Time to fall back to network troubleshooting 101. Nslookup. Ping, tracert. &nbsp;Think of the VPN, routing, and firewall as suspect. Just for starters.
