Learning SQL Reporting Services 2014
Hello:
I have an rdl file for SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) 2014 that I need to open and edit. I have used SSRS for versions 2005 - 2012.
But, when I open the "Visual Studio Tools" or whatever to try to edit the rdl file, I do not see the Graphical User Interface (GUI) to edit the report. I simply see "code".
How do I open the GUI?
Also, in the Visual Studio Tools for this rdl file, the database that the rdl file is pointing to SQL's master database. It's not pointing to the "real" database. Why is that, and how do I point it to the correct database?
Thanks!
John
