Minimum requirements to develop Apple App

What's the requirements to develop current latest Apple App?

Can you provide details in terms of recommended Models, OS versions, Development tools, etc?

I need to draft a spec to purchase one for office use.

hi guys, thanks for providing the above info, it's very useful for me.

but I don't have much experiences in Apple platform as I'm from Windows developer background.

If I buy an Apple computer, like iMac, MacBook, MacMini or MacPro, etc, can I develop a cross platform App for both Android and Apple? if yes, what development tools are you guys recommended?

Sorry to ask extra..., is that the same that MacBook Air and iMac are able to develop Apple App?

Yes .. as I said above ALL Macs can run XCode .. but if you're looking at a MacBook Air try and get one with 8GB RAM or more to make it work better
