ADFS not automatically working after a users password change
Hi
I'm in the process of setting ADFS 3.0 (windows 2012 r2) using two internal ADFS servers and 2 WAP servers in the DMZ, load balanced using netscalers.
now this has been working and no issues have occured until the following testing:
User1 was working and going to https://adfs.***.***.***/adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon.aspx it would automatically log in and say " you are signed in"
we changed the password on user1 and synced the domain etc
now when user1 trys to to go to https://adfs.***.***.***/adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon.aspx it does not sign them in and when they click sign in they are prompted for username and password, once the details are entered it logs in.
any one have any ideas on what i'm doing wrong?

You were right, i had an issue with my test account and it was due to the adfs not being in the trusted sites.
