Thank you both for your time on this. &nbsp;ProfessorJimJam's suggestion was not quite there, as it didn't display the &quot;Shared Archive&quot;, but thank you for your help. &nbsp;It was far closer than I got! &nbsp;Thanks to Subodh Tiwari's suggestion as it has given me exactly what I asked for. &nbsp;Unfortunately I have now found rows with a &quot;Yes&quot; in more than one column. &nbsp;I now need to decide what I do with those! &nbsp;<br />

Thank you both for your time on this.  ProfessorJimJam's suggestion was not quite there, as it didn't display the "Shared Archive", but thank you for your help.  It was far closer than I got!  Thanks to Subodh Tiwari's suggestion as it has given me exactly what I asked for.  Unfortunately I have now found rows with a "Yes" in more than one column.  I now need to decide what I do with those!
