The folder in the downloads folder appears to be zipped. I have a program on my system called 7-zip 16.04.<br />

The name of the folder is the same as the name of a folder in the C. I'll need to change the name of the one already in C and then move the other one and it's contents over. I tried to drag a file within the folder in the downloads folder but it failed.<br />
I have move files many times too, hundreds of times but not from download to C.
