Moving files from folder to folder
What would be the easiest way to copy some folders in the system's downloads folder to an existing folder in the C:
Dragging appeared to not work.

C is only for System files. No one is allowed to copy things to C. Only copy to those places that are meant for that. usually somewhere in C:\Users\UserAccount.

The folder in the downloads folder appears to be zipped. I have a program on my system called 7-zip 16.04.
The name of the folder is the same as the name of a folder in the C. I'll need to change the name of the one already in C and then move the other one and it's contents over. I tried to drag a file within the folder in the downloads folder but it failed.
I have move files many times too, hundreds of times but not from download to C.
