Boosting Power of a Cisco Access Point

So I have a warehouse with like 50 AP's about 24 feet in the air. In a couple of
spots performance is very poor. In one case it's likely that being next to a
motor is killing the performance. In the other case I'm not sure what the issue
is as there's a clear line of site to the AP. What I'd like to do is to boost
the power of the nearest AP rather than using the global settings. What
knobs would be best tweaked to help folks connect and stay connected
from their WiFi devices in these specific spots?

I haven't done a site survey before beyond just looking at number of bars in one area relative to another. Can that be gotten from Cisco Prime or the Wireless LAN Controllers? Does CIsco provide software I could give to the local IT person to put on their laptop to identify conditions in the bad zone and a nearby good zone? Or should I have them use a third party WiFi analyzer on a laptop? Thank you.
Check out this one from Cisco: https://rftool.cisco.com .. does this one work for you? I think Prime also has a built in basic tool, whose name I cannot recall.
Ha - the RF tool looks to have more to do with budget planning.

I found out one dead zone is just near the wall. And the other is near a wall but also potentially interfering machinery.  I'll try boosting power near the one where the wall just comes into play.

Any other thoughts on identifying the interfering spectrum near the machine? Or barring that what knobs besides power might be good to try at AP?

I haven't been able to schedule time with the local warehouse IT manager to test these out. But likely we'll get there on this advice. Thanks much.
