why no phone sync
I have a windows 10 ver 1607 computer trying to add music via iTunes and iTunes sync but whenever I connect my phone via USB, the computer loses the connection as if it times out or turns off. after this happens, I cannot get connected again and the larger part of what I want to sync remains undone. I made sure the lock screen does not come up but the computer does not even see it as a peripheral.

NO it is for ios only, I have never really heard of itunes syncing with android and I've own both phones, if that is the case make sure you check settings on the android phone and your connected via usb and not mtp

After uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, I had finally started getting some results. Using isyncr the playlists and MP3s finally started copying like I wanted. I think I'm on my way… For now.
Thank you for the update and I was happy to help you.
Glad to hear that you have solved the problem. Cheers!
