EXCHANGE. LINUX, SYMANTEC MESSAGING GATEWAY
I am getting 2 email notification one is send to user and other to system admins.(EMAILS WHICH ARE SEND OUT TO INTERNET)
The email notification which the user gets is of 3 lines
An e-mail with the following attributes was NOT delivered, since it violates the outbound e-mail policy.
- To: xxx@gmail.com
- Subject: Stat Tool
- Attachments: Statchek.exe
I see those variables set in our Symantec messaging gateway.
Which emails to the user from gateway with from address: post-office@doamin.com
But I get another notification which carries a detailed explanation of the same as to what that error is exactly and with all header information which goes to system admin
I see that something gets modified in that notification as we have exchange –internal smtp scanner (which is linux box) and SMTP Gateway.
So notification which comes from Symantec messaging gateway to exchange server passes through internal smtp scanner as well but I don’t know where to look if there is some config files related to that.
I WANT SAME NOTIFICATION TO BE SEND TO USER which system admin gets and not that 3 lines so that user doesn't get confused
Can you help me guide
