It was an issue we were experiencing but resolved now as we found it to be an MS issue. Is there a script that can backup the config from office365?

Thanks would you happen to have a series of scripts that would back up the configuration, even to Xml. Even if if the.files are for reference. Reason I asked is MS made a change.on our tenant and to look and compare with a working tenant would have made the situation easier to highlite <br />

This is a cloud based solution we have, no hybrid or on prem and recently we starting getting popups when users were opening documents to their locally installed office suite (not online)<br />

Normally if on prem I could look at the settings and even hybrid if a available.<br />
