I know there are different opinions on whether loopback adapter should be configured as primary DNS server on Windows 2008 Domain Controller becasue DNS island problem<br />
<br />
But I remember reading somewhere that DNS island problem when settting loopback as primary has been solved on Windows 2012 R2 so that LoopBack can be configured as Primary DNS Server<br />

can someone confirm please<br />
