AWS landing page for users

Hi

I am new to AWS and have a task i cant seem to solve. I have a user who would like to be able to monitor a few servers in AWS Cloudwatch.
I have created a user with no rights but CloudWatchReadOnlyAcces. However, when the user logs in, he can still se the intire AWS Console.

Is it possible to somehow create a policy, so when the user is logging in, he has the cloudwatch dashboard as his landing page?

Amazon CloudWatch monitors your AWS cloud resources and your cloud-powered applications. It tracks the metrics so that you can visualize and review them. You can also set alarms that will fire when a metrics goes beyond a limit that you specified. CloudWatch gives you visibility into resource utilization, application performance, and operational health.

To customized your landing page follow the procedure below
