Permission Tab missing in calendar properties in Outlook 2003

Hello experts,

I am having an issue with the permission tab in Outlook 2003 missing. I already checked the Exchange extension ticks in Other options.
Everything seems to be fine with the various settings, but the Permission tab is not present.

I will be thankful to any ideas and thoughts

Please advise how the account is connected:  Exchange account, POP, iMAP, etc.  The calendar features available are determined by the type of account.

It is a exchange account
The permissions tab should appear when you right-click on the calendar for Exchange accounts provided the account type is Exchange.  If it is a POP account type or the folder is an Exchange archive folder, you will not see the tab.

IT should be there but it is not. Doing the same thing, but this tab is missing.
