Background video not displaying in Internet Explorer.
I have been trying to replace an image banner in a website with a video. It have it very close to how I want it to work in Chrome, however the video does not play at all in IE. In Firefox it does play but the video is offset from the top of the page.
You can see it here http://test.capsmicrodilution.com
For troubleshooting I kept the CSS relating to the background video local on the page.
Can someone give me an idea of why it is not displaying on IE (11.0) and how I'd go about remedying that issue.
Also if someone can give me an idea on the video placement that would make it not be offset from the top in Firefox that would be a great help too.

Thanks for your help lenamtl. After struggling with this I re-read your answer and saw you mentioned using Vimeo or Youtube. So I uploaded the clip to vimeo and used that as the source and now it plays almost identical across all browsers! Thank you!
