Upgrade Windows 7 pro to Enterprise

I need to upgrade a workstation from Win7pro to Enterprise. I am doing this so multiple monitors work on RDS sessions. My question is what is the best course to take to get this completed?

I dont want to do a complete reinstall. I want to complete this with an in place upgrade. And dont say go to Win10. the customer does not want to change. I know I am pulling my hair out. UGH

Is it possible to upgrade pro to Ultimate?
Avatar of David Johnson, CD
you have to reinstall as Windows Anytime Update for Windows 7 ended last summer. Install from the operating system and chose upgrade
So if I can get my hands on a Win7 Ultimate download. I can just run setup and chose upgrade? I cant even find a download or key to purchase anywhere. Any Ideas?
Ultimate was never fully realized and is just a more expensive Pro.
Enterprise has a few diddies like not having to be activated, but not a whole lot more either.
Why do you need to upgrade?
I have built some virtual machines for a virtual deployment on Server2016 Standard. Environment works great the thin clients connect to there personal virtual desktop but multiple monitors are not supported. I connect to the Server and get multiple monitors but not when I connect to the virtual Win7 pro machines. I never thought this would be an issue.
