Converting Word to PDF - Bottom of Page is Being Cut Off

I need to save a Word doc as a PDF with the fonts embedded.

My Word doc is 6X9. I've got my settings shown below:

When I go to save this as a PDF, this is what I get:

When I googled this dilemma, I saw some commentary that said I needed to go into Page Setup and define a Custom size. That doesn't seem to do anything. I still get the same result.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As a sidebar, I attempted to save as a PDF the template that I got from Createspace and it saved to a PDF without any trouble. So, it looks as though I've done something in the context of creating my Word doc that's preventing it from resolving correctly. No idea what, but there it is.

Any ideas?
