Free PDF Viewer for Win PC & Apple PC That Resizes Only Text
Got some PDF files. Books.
Using them with students.
Text in books is too small.
Need a free PDF viewer that allows a text re-size. Just the text.
Not an edit. Have found some free editors. But, would need to edit each text block on every page one-by-one, then save the file. Need something that allows one to re-size the text to a bigger font. But, leaves pictures unchanged.
So, not a zoom the page feature. But, rather, a text resize.
Something akin to what happens on a Kindle when you want the words to be a bigger size. Or, what you'd do if you were in a Word document that was using a too-small font. Select all text - choose new font size.
I had some suspicions that, perhaps, this feature would be something one could find deep within the settings of various free PDF viewers. Perhaps in Accessibility. As a global preference, rather than an on-the-fly switch.
Sadly, after downloading 10 different free PDF viewers, none seem to have this.
At the same time, once you start looking around, you find lots of folks asking for the feature. Which makes me hope there is some free viewer which has decided to make a go of it.
Hoping for a miracle!
