Windows 7 and Windows 10 offline sync
Hi Experts,
What is the sequence of steps to be done when source for sync files is changing? Users have Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines and machines are not part of domain they have desktop and Documents folders syncing to a server which will be replaced with a new one. They connect to the server using a batch file which stores their AD username and password on double clicking it maps a network drive and sync seems to then sync their desktop and Documents folder to the shared drive
Right now Windows 10 shows as Sync pending and does not do anything
TIA

Hi Nick, any updates? I want to be sure that files created on the local machine are not lost when I setup the sync
