What do you mean by "click on folder1"?  From windows explorer?  That won't display anything but "folder1".

Your configuration values are in Apache24\conf\httpd.conf.  This is where you should check, and change if necessary, values for ServerName, ServerRoot, and DocumentRoot.  Then when you type a valid url into your browser you should see ServerRoot items.  Been a while since I configured Wamp Server but I think it will run script by default to show that your setup is working properly.  I usually setup Apache, PHP, and MySql/MariaDB manually.

#
# This is the main Apache HTTP server configuration file. It contains the
# configuration directives that give the server its instructions.
# See <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/> for detailed information.
# In particular, see
# <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/directives.html>
# for a discussion of each configuration directive.
#
# Do NOT simply read the instructions in here without understanding
# what they do. They're here only as hints or reminders. If you are unsure
# consult the online docs. You have been warned.
#
# Configuration and logfile names: If the filenames you specify for many
# of the server's control files begin with "/" (or "drive:/" for Win32), the
# server will use that explicit path. If the filenames do *not* begin
# with "/", the value of ServerRoot is prepended -- so "logs/access_log"
# with ServerRoot set to "/usr/local/apache2" will be interpreted by the
# server as "/usr/local/apache2/logs/access_log", whereas "/logs/access_log"
# will be interpreted as '/logs/access_log'.
#
# NOTE: Where filenames are specified, you must use forward slashes
# instead of backslashes (e.g., "c:/apache" instead of "c:\apache").
# If a drive letter is omitted, the drive on which httpd.exe is located
# will be used by default. It is recommended that you always supply
# an explicit drive letter in absolute paths to avoid confusion.

# ServerRoot: The top of the directory tree under which the server's

# ServerRoot at a non-local disk, be sure to specify a local disk on the
# Mutex directive, if file-based mutexes are used. If you wish to share the
# same ServerRoot for multiple httpd daemons, you will need to change at
# least PidFile.

where do I edit?
According to this configuration file, WAMP has installed the packages at locations defined by lines 47 and 48.
This is one of the things I don't like about WAMP installation... I don't think any user-installed
software should ever be installed at the root of the boot drive. Like I mentioned earlier it has been
some time since I last used WAMP and perhaps it offers the user a choice of where to install it.

Line 50 indicates that "ServerRoot" is at c:/wamp64/bin/apache/apache2.4.23 (according to definitions at
lines 46, 47, 48).  Notice that the Apache convention for specifying a path uses UNIX style forward slashes
as opposed to windows style backslashes.

Lines 72 & 73 are telling Apache to "listen" to port 80 on these ip addresses (the first is for ipv4
and the second is for ipv6).  The 0.0.0.0 indicates that Apache should listen on all ip addresses of
your system.

Line 237 specifies that your "ServerName" is "localhost".

Lines 262 & 263 indicate that the "DocumentRoot" is at c:/wamp64/bin/apache/apache2.4.23/www.  This folder
is where you would put your web files (*.html. *.php, *.js, *.css and so on).

Note that line 290 specifies "Require local"... this means only your local machine is permitted to
connect to this location.

Finally, line 317 specifies where Apache's error log files will be written. Check the content of any
files in this folder for messages about errors.

I don't see any conflicting or out-of-place entries in this file but you need to check to see if
the paths documented in this file are correct... do they contain the right files.

If everything is installed correctly, you should be able to type the following into your web browser
address bar...   http://localhost:80   and get back a response of "OK".

Note that if your machine has either IIS or Skype installed that you will need to make some alterations
to the port used by those apps or Apache... they cannot share the same port.  Easiest recommendation is
to simply change all occurrences of "80" in httpd.conf to "8080".

Thanks for defining many terms but when I click on wamp homepage links
localhost is not in the url as the basedirectory anymore

so I can not click on links and need to write directory by manually in url bar

In Summary: when I click the links under "Your Projects" the link it takes me to is:

But it should be:

http://ebaylast/ obviously does not exist, but localhost/ebaylast does. Where in php.ini do I change this?

any solutions of what file I could edit?
@rgb192

Sorry I've been unattentive to this problem lately... I've been in hospital a couple times and didn't realize this was still unresolved.

I have to be out for the next 4 hours but when I return I'll attempt to duplicate your setup in a VM to see if I can either re-create the problem or determine what values need to be set in which config files.
