Simultaneous work of Wi-Fi and LAN on Win10 laptop

Dear Colleagues,

I have Win10 Pro laptop and Android Phone in hotspot mode connected to laptop via Wi-Fi and the basic LAN network 192.168.0.0/24 (without internet access), connected to my laptop via Ethernet adapter.

Is it possible to configure these networks to work simultaneously, I want my laptop goes to the internet via Wi-Fi, and to the LAN via Ethernet.

One strange issue is that when I’m not able to change the adapters order in advanced network settings. I’m trying to make Wi-Fi first, but it still become last after I press OK.

Current behavior is that works only one connection and if both are connected when works only Ethernet. I’ve also included screenshot of my routes.

The problem you're going to run into in a situation like this is that LAN connection over a twisted pair cable take priority in almost every situation. Even when making WiFi your first adapter, a wire is more reliable therefore placed at the top. The article pointed to prior in this thread is really your only set of options. You'll just need to figure out which of those applies to you.

If you are running a peer-to-peer network and doing file sharing then having 2 NICs on the same LAN can mess up network browsing and access to file shares.  Only use one NIC at a time on a LAN if this is a concern.  Otherwise IF this dual-NIC computer becomes the Master Browser, the results will be unpredictable and people will likely see incomplete lists of computers on the network.

The reason this happens is that the traffic gets split in unknown ways between the NICs and the computer list doesn't populate reliably.
