Issues connecting Dell SCV2020i to VMWARE
Newly installed Dell SCv2020i within network.
Unit racked, networked and initialised:
I am now trying to connect the storage to the clients VMWare vCenter (via iSCSI). First off need to create a 'server' within the SCV2020:
Enter vCenter details:
Can see the vCenter and the two hosts connected to it:
Click Next and get:
So I select this option:
And I get to the next step:
Click next and:
So select just one of the iSCSI HBA Domains:
Click next and get:
So I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong here. Client has 3rd VMWare Host arriving today and so I need the SCV2020 storage mapped to VMWare urgently.
Here is the network config of the existing hosts:
Host1:
Host 2:
If someone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

Maybe it needs vcenter?

@gheist - as mentioned in the question
Can see the vCenter and the two hosts connected to it:192.168.10.25 is the vCenter.
Your versions of vCenter Server are compatible with the software ?

@AndrewHancock
the vCenter is on 6 and the hosts are both on 5.5.

I have come across this http://www.dell.com/support/manuals/us/en/04/storage-sc2000/SCv2000SCv2020DG-v3/Set-Up-a-VMware-vCenter-Host-from-Initial-Setup?guid=GUID-B3D3BB4E-25BD-4DBC-B259-BAF7B24CE67C&lang=en-us and although its talking about the initial setup screen (which has been done) it states:
The Storage Center has iSCSI ports configure but the hosts don't have specific ports fort iSCSI. Maybe I need to add a second NIC on each host for this?
If the Storage Center has iSCSI ports and the host is not connected to any interface, the Log into Storage Center via iSCSI page appears. Select the hosts and target fault domains, and then click Log In .
