Any known problems with Citrix Receiver and Fortigate Firewall w/ web filtering?
We have a Fortigate 200B firewall. We have a few doctors that use our guest wifi to connect to their home office using the latest version of Citrix Receiver. The guest wifi they use is on an isolated VLAN that uses WPA2 encryption and doesn't require that they accept an agreement before getting an IP and access to the Internet. We just join the network for them and they automatically connect during subsequent visits. They report that they often have problems with Citrix just locking up on them and they say it doesn't happen at other hospitals they go to. I have not seen this first hand but I am tasked to fix it.
We do have web filtering enabled on the Fortigate but I am unsure if there are any items within this that can interfere with Citrix Receiver in any way. I have yet to disable it entirely in hopes someone will say, "Yes, you have to disable this part." :) This is difficult to troubleshoot because they bring their own devices and aren't here but once a week at most.

All you need is to make sure with firewall to allow citrix ports. Other than that you wont face any issue.

Disabling SSL inspection seems to have cleared things up. Thanks.
