Visio Pro 2013 won't show all shapes on student lab PC's.

We have a computer lab with Office 2013 and for some reason various computers show less/more shapes in Visio Pro 2013 than others.
I can do a search on one computer and find nothing, but the next computer (same image/software) has multiple results.  I've tried googling this but nothing seems pertinent.
We've also noted that searching for the same term (circle, point, truck, whatever) sometimes populates more items the more times we searched.  Are the shapes downloaded as needed from MS?  Students are unable to complete some of their lab work as the shapes are not available, despite being the Professional edition which, to my knowledge, provided all shapes.
We have DeepFreeze on the computers if that matters.

I would question what version you have on each machine. It should have the same stencils. On each machine, start up Visio, go to File -> Account and see what the Product Information says.

The version on each computer is the same.  (Microsoft Visio 2013 (15.0.4831.1000) MSO (15.0.4833.1000) 32-Bit)
As per the attached pictures, when doing a search for basic shapes, varying results come up.  All PC's are the same hardware, network speed is the same, and there are no other discernible reasons for them to not mimic each other.

Does Visio download shapes, as needed, each time it starts up?  Are they cached?
It is rather frustrating for the teacher when trying to get students to create a document and half of the students can't find the shapes they require.
