Email forward automation

Hi everyone,

I'm a freelancer, and I'm trying to automate part of my workflow. For that I need to be able to forward emails automatically, depending on a couple of criteria.

1. Specific words appear in the subject
2. Specific words appear in the email body
3. excludes email where Fwd: and/or Re: are present in the subject.
4. Forwards to different email addresses depending on which words show up in the email body
5.  Includes the reply-to address from the header of the email when forwarding.

I am currently using Google apps with my own domain email set up in Gmail, and unfortunately Gmail doesn't have these capabilities.
I have tried setting it up in Outlook via an IMAP connection to my Gmail, and I can create rules based on these criteria, but Gmail has some problem correctly forwarding the emails automatically via IMAP. I suspect that it might flag the behavior as spam.
Also, since just normally forwarding an email from Gmail/Outlook doesn't include the reply-to address, I have to forward as an attachment, which I would like to avoid if possible.

I'm forwarding the emails to my mailparser.io account, in order to get specific information from the email, and I'm then using Zapier.com to connect to mailparser to take specific actions depending on the content of the email.

I have searched and searched, and I can't find any email provider that has these advanced filters/rules available on the server. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it possible?

I will be happy to further explain if necessary.

Thank you.

Hi Obi Wan,

Thank you for your suggestion. I've just looked through some of the Office 365 documentation, and it seems like a lot of administration for a single email account. It also costs $60 pr. year (not that it's a big problem).
I was really hoping that there was some simple to use service that had these functions, but it's very hard to Google search for.

Thanks once again for your answer.
