They can't get to an elevated prompt because they aren't admins. &nbsp;The GP result wizard doesn't even show the policy hitting the server? &nbsp;If i manually make the policy change it works like a charm. &nbsp;However really need to use GPO on this. &nbsp;No clue.

We created a group policy that is applied to Servers OU and DC OU. &nbsp;It is filtered via a security group that 2 users are members of. &nbsp;The Policy applies local security policy Computer Configuration / WIndows Settings / Security Settings / Local Policies / User Rights Assignment / Shutdown the system / Added the above group to this policy.<br />

After applying the above policy, doing a GPupdate, rebooting a few servers, users are unable to reboot servers. &nbsp;I can see on the local servers that the above policy is not being applied.<br />

What am i missing? &nbsp;I have also tried to force the policy with no luck.
