I have to fix a DELL desktop that came with Windows 8 and the password was forgotten while starting the setup. <br />

So we are locked out of the desktop. <br />

I 'm not sure how to reinstall the OS or start over. Should I download the OS and reinstall the OS? It will have to be with a USB drive this desktop does not have a CD drive. <br />
