Need to retrieve "This computer only” folders in Outlook 2013?

I had setup an IMAP account using Outlook 2013 on a Windows 7 PC.

When the user was creating new folders, it was saying “This computer only” which was not synching with the server. There was an issue and we had to re setup the IMAP account but all emails and folders that had been marked as “This computer only” have disappeared?

Is there a way of getting them back?

If you deleted profile it's very possible that outlook.pst file is still in place

Just go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\ and confirm if old PST file is there If is, you can just open it in Outlook
File\Open\Open Outlook Data FIle

Navigate to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\  and select old PST file
Now you can drag and drop folders you need to new IMAP profile
IMAP creates an OST file and if there was no PST attached for local saves, unfortunately all of those "this computer only" is in the OST file. If you can find the OST file, you can repair it. I hope it's in an another profile, if so,  you can export it. Most people don't know this but when they setup new IMAP account in Outlook, there is no PST and therefore, data can be lost as quick as just deleting the mail app profile, it deletes the OST and it's gone gone. Bye! Not even in the recycle bin, not that I have found.
