My phone doesn’t update “automatically” I need to manually do it to receive the emails.
Also, everything is out 1 hour??? So a meeting set for 2.00pm is coming up on my phone as 3.00pm

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What type of phone is it?
Also why did you tag this at MS ACCESS ? This should be under a completely different group.

Its ok, just very hard to get help when it is not targeted properly.

I do not have a Windows phone, but I have to assume that there is some settings under Date and Time for automatic adjustment to the time zone.  If not maybe your timezone on the phone was manually changed to a next timezone.

Can you confirm if the e-mails that show up on the phone are one hour off from your mail client on your computer?

You need to check your email app settings and change it to PUSH.
This option will monitor your mailbox constantly so emails will be synchronized with mailbox on phone as soon as they arrive to server.
Also like yo_bee suggested you must check your time zone. In normal circumstances phone should get time and time zone from network. Check your settings if you have enabled this function.
