How to recover unsaved document deleted from a recycle bin.

Hi

It is Windows 7 laptop, which has administrator login and a restricted user login.

There was a exam and the restricted user had typed lot of information on a word 2013 document.Unfortunately didn't save and also the user deleted from the recycle bin.

Please , Is there nay chance to recover this document . Kindly help!
