Have you assisted with using a scanner with barcodes to trigger a macro? &nbsp;I have tried to &quot;record&quot; them using the scanner. &nbsp;It records ok. But when I go to use the scanner it doesn't run the macro. &nbsp;But if I go to the macros list, and run it by clicking it goes.. &nbsp;Do I have to setup the scanner for macros in excel?

Have you assisted with using a scanner with barcodes to trigger a macro?  I have tried to "record" them using the scanner.  It records ok. But when I go to use the scanner it doesn't run the macro.  But if I go to the macros list, and run it by clicking it goes..  Do I have to setup the scanner for macros in excel?

A peripheral device is defined as a computer device, such as a keyboard or printer, that is not part of the essential computer (i.e., the memory and microprocessor).
