Splitting email mailboxes on same domain between 2 servers - Any options

We have a client whose email is hosted on a single 2011 SBS server.  Emails are accessed from offices in 2 different countries. All email addresses are @mydomain.com  We have been asked if there are any ways at all to somehow route the emails for the second office to another server/hosted solution so that the email completely bypasses the SBS server.  I know you can't do this by MX records but are there any 3rd party services that can forward some emails to some addresses to one MX record and some to another?

Thanks

Exchange Online / Office 365 offers conditional mail routing:

However you'd probably have to purchase accounts for each mail recipient.

Hi CES, thanks for your response, would prefer not to have to buy 365 accounts for everyone.  Anyone know of a solution that I can point the MX records to but will conditionally forward emails to certain people to a different host? Ideally I'd like to have 5 email mailboxes on a standard hosted exchange platform and the rest of the mailboxes on the SBS server, is this achievable?

Thanks
