new Exchange 2016 users with phones cannot connect
This is a new install and was working fine yesterday, today users can't connect using phones but owa and outlook work find.
using the remote connectivity analyzer it says The test of the FolderSync command failed.

Anything you tried to troubleshoot it. Like server restart?

I tried restarting the server that didn't change anything.
I was using a test admin account and using the suggestion in the link below seems to have resolved it for that account.

waiting to hear back from other users, that setting was already set for them and they have been working for several days now.

looks like somehow the problem resolved itself.
