Shared Mailbox added to Outlook 2016 cached mode, not getting email
Hello,
When I add a shared mailbox to my outlook 2016 client using File - > add account and both accounts are using cached mode, outlook does not sync properly with Exchange. Exchange is fully patched 2010 version and client is outlook 2016 x86. If I only have the primary account and it is setup in cached mode I have no issues. As soon as I add the secondary account, which is setup on exchange as a shared mailbox I will only get email when i first open outlook. After that nothing new comes to the inbox and I can view the sync properties of my primary inbox and it will tell me the item count doesn't match and the last sync time which will be when I opened the client. if I am not in cached mode it works perfectly. Each mailboxes OST files are under 1 Gb. Please let me know if you have seen this before or if you have any suggestion on how to fix it.
Thank you
