Found the software to create the Microsoft CRM Fetch datasource

I am trying to create an SSRS report using Visual Studio 2012 for an online version of CRM 2016. &nbsp;I have looked at several sites and they refer me to older versions of Visual Studio, BIDS, SSDT, etc<br />

I have tried creating a Report Project in VS 2012 and adding a fetchxml datasource but cannot get it to appear.<br />
<br />
Can someone walk me through adding a fetchxml datasource to connect to my CRM 2016 online server (<a href="https://apolloconsulting.crm.dynamics.com/" rel="ugc">https://apolloconsulting.crm.dynamics.com/</a>) or whatever I need to create datasets for the report?<br />

CRM 2016 Custom Reports using Visual Studio 2012 and FetchXml

SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a server-based report generation software system from Microsoft. It can prepare and deliver a variety of interactive and printed reports and is administered via a web interface or its web service. Its web services interface also supports the development of custom reporting applications. Finally, SSRS can also be integrated with SharePoint. SSRS competes with other business intelligence tools, most prominently Crystal Reports.
