Can you drag and drop into sent folder. See if that works.

Can you see the emails in the mail queue? Last time I has this, there were two connectors set up with the same port. Exchange did not like this!

when i remove gateway ip i can send mail myself and other exchange users in same domain . but when i put the gateway ip mail stuck in draft folderl even my self

Domain controller and Exchange Server 2016 CU4 installed  as  Virtual Machine in Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V and this is fresh installation.

later understood that this issue occurs due to incorrect network configuration
