LDAP Server cannot be reached at this time from Xerox Workcentres
We have Xerox Work centres i.e. 5955 etc and I have configured LDAP server details on them so that the users can choose "network address book" and scan the attachments by email.
from past few months whenever the users click on "email scanning" on the xerox printers . they are getting the error - "The device cannot communicate with the Network address book", cannot determine if LDAP is available. (pic is attached)
when the users went to scan .. they go this error and when they come again after some time it was working. it was random error on and off.
now a days it does not work for many hours.
I have checked the ldap server. its on and working fine.
Any ideas as how to fix this error.
