Access 2013 forms - prevent table record entry until record is saved

I have a form that allows a user to enter data that goes into a existing table and at the bottom of the form, I have a "Save Record" button.  The problem I'm running into is when a user only partially fills in the form and then exits without hitting the "Save Record" button, the partial values are still recorded in the table.

Is there any way to prevent this?

@als315,
If you are not going to use bound forms, you probably shouldn't be using Access.  Access is a Rapid Application Development tool.  Learn how it works and you will have no need to deviate from the "Access Way".  Once you understand the event model, you won't need to fight with Access.  You can use it to develop applications rapidly and without writing excessive amounts of code.
