Anyway that I can check IP addresses of devices connected to exchange??

Like checking on exchange what is the Internet IP Address connected/ checking the activesync on a mailbox

It would work on future logs right? Not the ones is the past?
It checks devices and from there you would have to see what the devices are connected to. It is not Exchange specific. I have not seen an Exchange specific scanner. There may be one, but I have not seen such.

For device model etc. you can run this from Exchange Management shell
Get-ActiveSyncDevice | select-object DeviceModel,FriendlyName,DeviceOS,UserDisplayName | sort-object devicemodel | Ft -autosize -wrap

As for IP address, unfortunately, you have to parse the log as mentioned above.
