Unable to access folder shares on Netapp

I have NTFS shares setup on my Netapp and users were able to access them.  Yesterday people stopped being able to access them.  My account is able to access them without issue but nobody else appears to be able to.  I changed the share permissions on the share to everyone full control just to see if this would help.  It did not.  How do I determine if this is an issue with my netapp or with active directory?  All of my other network shares that are not on the netapp are not having this issue.
